The collection contains accounts, with photographs, of the construction of the Bucks Creek, Hydroelectric Development in Plumas County. Progess dates from Feburary 1952, when preliminatry surveys were made, to December 1926. Also included are a summary of the project by C.W. Faries and notes on the building of Melones Dam, January 1926, constructed by Mathews Construction Company.
