Biographical / Historical
Drakesbad Resort Hotel is located in Lassen Volcanic National Park. The hotel was first operated by E.R. Drake who sold it to the Sifford family in 1900. The Sifford family named the ranch Drakesbad after the former owner and the hote springs found on the property.
