The collection consists of materials assembled by Nena Vartabedian Childs during and after her employment at the Post Exchange on the Chico Army Air Field base. The Morehead Family Letter Collection (1866-1966) consists of three boxes of corrospondances to and from the Chico, California's Morehead family. The collection includes miscellaneous letters; letters from two incarcerated Japanese-American families in Tule Lake; divorce paperwork; letters from Europe during World War I; and family vacation photographs.
