The Albertson tract, designated as lot number 12 within the original Danish tract of the Farwell Grant, was a subdivision of land in Chico (California) created by Edward T. Reynolds in 1882.
An abstract of title contains the history of a particular piece of land as it relates to patents, deeds, releases and mortgages.
